PDF Article "Wholesome Relationships"
An article by Jana Breitmar
What does a wholesome relationship look like? I've been asking myself this question for many years. I wanted to find out what it really takes to make my relationships more loving, more caring, deeper, healthier and generally as pleasant as possible. So I set out to find out more about it.
Along the way I came across some interesting insights that now form the basis for my own models, which I've developed to explain relationships as I understand them. I'd like to share these models, and my whole worldview when it comes to relationships, with you in this article.
In the article I describe…
- my "Dynamic Model": how we can solve interpersonal relationship problems in the long term
- my "Care Model": how we can live together in a wholesome way on a societal level
- my "Co-Creative Transformation Model": how we can collaborate to shape a wholesome world.
Everything in the world is in relationship. This article therefore relates to relationships of all kinds: romantic partnerships as well as relationships with family, the work environment and friendships, and also with the body, with one's own feelings and with society as a whole.
In the article I share my personal perspectives on the questions…
- how we find out who we really are
- how we can become self-assured
- how we can develop a healthy and sovereign sense of self-worth
- how we can resolve conflicts sustainably in the long term
- how we build wholesome relationships
- how we move from scarcity into abundance
- how we can heal narcissistic patterns of behaviour
- what societal structures we can build to step out of the struggle for survival and instead flourish together
Everything I write in this article is based on my own experiences and assessments. Feel free to test my assumptions about the world for yourself and to question them critically.
Since I assume that my journey of exploring wholesome relationships will continue for the rest of my life, I expect my model to keep changing and developing over the coming years. So this article is only a snapshot. Through your online access, after purchase you can always view the latest version and download it as a PDF.
I wish you much joy with the article.
