CO-CREATIVE RETREAT

FOR DEEP COLLABORATION

Coming Soon
Co-Creative Retreat - togetherness

WHAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE IN THIS WEEK

Deep collaboration with true purpose: We work together on projects that truly matter to us.

We build a puzzle from all our light: From our gifts and essences emerges a unique combination of abilities as a group. Together we discover what each of us brings and allow something new to arise from it.

A safe space and healing relationship work: All parts of us are welcome. We grow together with everything that shows up.

Open-ended: New ideas, projects, companies, friendships or healing experiences may emerge. We follow what unfolds.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

The event is not driven by a rigid program. We follow a shared thematic orientation held in our awareness by a morning and evening sharing circle. Everything else unfolds in the group's flow.

— Day 1 — "Exploring the call" +

We dive deep to explore our wishes, needs and life visions. We discover what calls us and what we want to dedicate ourselves to in this world. The aim is to truly understand each person in the group and their motivations.

— Day 2 — "Exploring the light" +

In today's deep dive, we explore our light — our gifts, abilities and the highest essences of our being. We find out what light each of us brings to the event.

— Day 3 — "Putting the puzzle together" +

We look for common ground in our visions and differences in our light to see how we can complement each other — aligned with one (or several) shared goals we define for this week.

— Day 4 — "Resolving group dynamics and hurdles" +

By now we've gotten to know each other better, and there may have been moments where our flow wasn't quite aligned. We look at those situations and find ways to resolve hurdles and (subtle) relationship dynamics so the flow can return.

— Day 5 — "Becoming a swarm" +

We bring our developed ideas and goals into reality. We allow ourselves to become a kind of collective organism in which each cell acts from their own zone of genius. We trust inner impulses and the group's emerging swarm intelligence.

— Day 6 — "In the flow" +

This day stays open to respond flexibly to the needs of our group. Perhaps we need more flow days to refine a creative project. Or maybe sub-groups have formed and it's time to present the projects to each other and weave them back into a larger whole.

— Day 7 — "Closing and reflection" +

Whatever is needed to bring our projects to a good close — or to plan a continuation in the future — can happen today. We reflect together on what we felt, learned and experienced. We speak about how our co-creation went and what we would do differently next time.

HOW WE COME TOGETHER

Our basis is a benevolent inner attitude. We choose to truly see, hear, feel and understand each other in depth. We create a space with so much unconditional acceptance that we can show up with all our facets. We allow ourselves to be feeling beings with shadows and insecurities. We assume that everyone has something important to contribute. We develop integral solutions that include all our perspectives. If group dynamics appear, we are willing to look through them together, resolve them benevolently, and grow even closer in the process.

OUR ACCOMMODATION

This is a placeholder while I'm still looking for a suitable venue for the retreat. The event will likely take place in NRW (Germany).

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Duration: 1 week
Group size: 6–12 people
Catering: We are provided with a buffet three times a day by the on-site kitchen (mostly plant-based and organic). In addition, water, tea, fruit and snacks are available at all times. We eat together as a group, but you are always free to skip a meal, for example, if you’d prefer to sleep in a bit longer.
Prerequisite: Come as you are and in whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Whether suit or sweatpants, young or old, introverted or extroverted. Whether you’ve been on your personal development journey for many years or are just beginning to explore this field: your perspectives are welcome. A certain openness toward shadow themes and group dynamics is helpful, as we consciously address them when they arise. The retreat is designed to give you the freedom to stand up, move around, or take breaks whenever it feels right for you.
Location/Date/Price: to be announced

For a future where "work" means collaborating in a relaxed setting on meaningful projects that truly matter to us.
